A Bock-Steger Lips lower jaw anatomical model. It is made of plaster and is polychrome painted by hand, datable around the 1890’s. The model and its colours are well preserved. The model gives a sagital view on the lower jaw with the teeth, bone, nerves, vessels and muscles. Several anatomical structures are numbered. A botanical Brendel tulip model no. 200. The description of this model is found in the 1930’s Brendel catalogue under the ornamental flowers. The model is an enlarged depiction of the blossom of five times, three perigon leaves and the pistil are removable. The model arises from a black ebonized stand, which is characteristic for Brendel. Beautiful anatomical flower model by Brendel of the Lily of circa 1890. This model was described in the Brendel catalogue as Lilium Martagon and the bright original colours preserved very well.  Cased set of 6 C 1880 aplanatic loupes with handle by C.A. Steinheil Söhne, Muenchen. Length of case: 7.5″ or 18.75cm. Condition is excellent.
