Description

Student microscope signed in case lid with Thomas Hall Broomfield.  Microscope has case and some accessories.   Accessories include 2 eyepieces, objective lense mounted on microscope, brass tweezers, a few slides and what looks to be a small white porcelain bowl in lidded section of case.   One of the images, you will notice a piece of wood.   This can be reattached to the inside of the lid.  It is obvious where it should be reattached.  The microscope is mounted on a ball mount at the base of the microscope.   Also present is a substage wheel with variable size apertures.  Case has key and lock.   Case dimensions are 11 ¾ inches long x 5 ½ inches wide x 4 inches high (29.84 cm x 14 cm x 10.1 cm high).  Microscope stands 10 1/2 inches (26.7 cm) high with body tube lowered to stage.
