From top to bottom in first image: Nott’s Uterine Dilator by Leach and Greene in Boston; Un-named Uterine Dressing Forceps by Reiner in Vienna and Atlee’s Uterine Dilator by Shepard and Dudley in New York. The dilator is hard rubber with a metal clip.
