Antique microscope of French origin. Although it does not have the name engraved on it, this type of microscope was very common in France, with Nachet and Hartnack being two of the manufacturers who built it for third parties.
It is accompanied by a box with preparations from the period, also of French origin, of the type popularized by the Bourgogne family.
