Description

Signed J Swift & Son Portable folding microscope with case.   Case Dimensions: approximately 11.5 “long (29.2 cm), 5” wide (12.7 cm) and 4” high (10.2 cm).   Microscope stands 15“tall (38.1 cm) at lowest coarse focusing height.  Wood case is in very good condition and comes with key.  Also included is substage mounted variable aperture.  Full inscription reads “J Swift & Son 43 University St.  London WC”   Coarse and fine focusing are work smoothly.  Double sided mirror in very good condition as well.
