Description

Signed Henry Crouch Microscope C 1880.  There is a case with the key but no accessories.  Case has some separation on the back of the case as seen in one of the images.  Also, the half of the lower hinge that mounts to the case lid is not attached to the lid, but the other half of the hinge is still attached to the case.   This also can be seen in one of the images.   The focusing is by push for coarse focusing and the fine focusing is accomplished using the knob at top of support.  The mirror does have some clouding/pitting on both sides and no condensing lens beneath the stage.  The stage also has both slide retaining clips.   Case dimensions are 6.25 inches x 7 inches x 11.5 inches tall (15.87 cm x 17.78 cm x 29.21 cm tall).   Microscope stands 10.5 inches (26.67 cm) tall at minimum height.
