Description

A 7 draw telescope with a multi coloured baleen covered barrel, signed on the first draw, ‘Tho’s Rubegall. Opt’n to H.R.H. the Duke of Clarence, 27 Coventry St., London’.

The telescope measures 4.75″ closed and 23″ when fully open with a 1.25″ crown / flint glass objective lens.

No dents, the draws open nice & smoothly and the telescope gives excellent clear views. The lenses are damage free.

Thomas Rubergall worked from 1800 – 1854 and had Royal Appointments to the Duke of Clarence, William 1V and Queen Victoria.
