Description
Two examples of Phillips Exposure Meter, one in boxwood, the other celluloid .They have various settings for various F-stops, plate speeds and weather conditions. Both in original cases. Condition good Noting the slides on the celluloid scale are very stiff, and the boxwood scale has hand inked addition on ‘plate times wet’ and the card case is complete but distressed.
