Description

A very clean lacquered brass and black enamel microscope, signed on the back of the foot, ‘E. Leitz, Wetzlar. No 60416’. There is a condenser and diaphragm to the sub stage, plano / concave mirror, graduated inner draw tube, coarse and fine focus wheels and a double nose piece.

There are 3 eye-pieces and 4 objectives in cans: 1/12″, No 3, No 7 (in a ‘6’ canister, and another No 7.

In original case with lock and key. The certificate from Leitz on the inside of the door is dated 11/06/02.
