Hearing aid quackery by Bernard & Cie ca 1850, this is a very curios hearing aid with the original description still with it in the original box
it would have worked by means of a light magnetic field that would be created around the ear and what had to be applied properly with the compass provided , a fine example of quackery in the late 19 century
