A complete and fine Hayem’s hemocytometer in case by Natchet c.1885. No apparent use, complete as seen in bright brass with all accessories, in black card case with Nachet address in lid. Hinges and lock are perfect. Used for blood cell counts and identification (RBC and WBC). All parts signed by Nachet. Case measures 14 x 8 x 3 cm.
