Description
An excellent three draw, mahogany barreled, unsigned refracting telescope with early knurling/machining/roping c.1820. Measuring 1 1/4 inch (3 cm.) in diameter, 16 inches open and 6 inches closed it has it’s protective ocular slide but no end cap. Green crown glass for the objective doublet with no faults other than a small knock/dent on the barrel (see photo). All screws to the barrel are intact. Excellent optics (~10 X) !!! Pocket size.
