DIA. 1.1/4" INCHES, THE TELESCOPE HAS A REMOVABLE SUNSHADE, SOME OF THE ORIGINAL GOLD LACQUER REMAINING. ORIGINAL BOX 18.1/2" x 7" x 5" INCHES. JOHN DAVIS WAS WORKING IN CHELTENHAM 1800-1825 THE DAVIS FAMILY WERE MENTIONED IN MANY LOCATIONS, LEEDS, DERBY, LIVERPOOL, BIRMINGHAM, BRISTOL, BATH ETC. THERE WERE A FEW IN LODON!
