Description
An early 20th-century set by Pauliat-Courtois of Paris containing an ear trumpet,in a removable leather sheath, and a sound blocker. Length of case: 8″ or 20 cm. The ear trumpet appears to be nickle or German silver and has a pretty reticulated grill. The earpiece is turned horn and its support has a small dent–see 8th images. There is no battery in the sound blocker, which is fortunate since it would have long since corroded damaging its container in the process.
