Description
Tsjecho slowakian, botanical model of a cymose inflorencense (dychasium). Produced by a Tsjecho-slowakian factory called Logia in the beginning of the last century. The material of which it is made is painted wood. The label on the wooden pedestal is printed canvas. The model is no: 6224 kventenstvi (inflorescence), vrcholikovite cymosni, model ‘vidlan vrcholiku’ (two-pronged fork), the two side-branches are the continuation of the mother-branch. 57cm height.
An inflorescence is a group or cluster of flowers arranged on a stem that is composed of a main branch or a complicated arrangement of branches.
