Description
Cased Drum Microscope by Nachet. This microscope is C. 1850’s and is marked: “Nachet Opticien Rue Serpente, 16, Paris”. Accessories included in the case are an eye piece marked 3, a small leather covered case that contains a small objective marked 1, and what looks to be two other types of objectives. Case is in very good condition but no key. Microscope has an attached articulating condenser lens that is in very good condition. Single sided mirror is in good condition. Microscope stands 9” (22.8 cm) tall at minimum height. Case dimensions are approximately 10” (25.4 cm) long, 5.5” (14 cm) wide and just over 4“ (10.1 cm) deep.
