A very fine and rare sterling silver monaural stethoscope. Height 7″. It is fully functional and made from solid-sterling silver, The hallmarks indicate that it was made in 1894 by James Crichton &Co., working in Edinburgh. It is not light-weight hollow-ware but solid silver– it weighs close to 5 ounces! Condition: near flawless.
